Hey............... happy hour still, am I right? I accidentally slept through my company's video chat happy hour, which is definitely a shame since the idea to build this page was already in my head. Here were my drink selections for a little later that evening.

Happy Hour Two


Fondue was popular during happy hour.

Sex On the Beach
  • In A Shaker
    • 1 oz: vodka
    • 1 oz: peach schnapps
    • 1 oz: orange juice
    • 1 oz: cranberry juice

Margarita
  • Shaker
    • 4 oz: Patron Silver
    • 2 oz: Triple Sec
    • 1 large lemon juiced
    • ice
  • Pour into a salted glass
    • Add lime wedge.

Happy Hour One


I started with a nice cold yuengling lager.

Vodka Martini
  • Combine in a shaker
    • dash of crushed ice
    • 4 oz: Ultimate Vodka. (This is actually a Vodka made by Patron)
    • 1 oz: dry Vermouth
    • 1 oz: olive brine
  • Pour into a chilled martini glass
    • Add blue cheese stuffed olives.

Strawberry Daiquiri (My Wife's drink of choice)
  • Combine in a blender
    • Lots of ice
    • 6 oz: Bacardi Rum
    • 10 oz: Your favorite mix
  • Pour into a chilled martini glass
    • Add wipped cream
    • Add a few strawberries

Michter's American Whiskey
  • On the rocks
  • No need to tinker with that

Happy hour can continue, you just have to be creative. Here was my drinking buddy this evening.
