Decided against a vacation this year, to play it on the safe side. Instead purchased a pool, so the kids had something to look forward to. Many people had the same idea, so it came with a few challenges, but the kids really love it.
If I had known how much peace and quiet there was going to be, since they live in the pool now, I would have gotten one years ago.
Here are (most of) the pool parts, and four tons of sand.
The installers arrived, and started putting the frame together.
The filling process begins. With two hoses going, still took 15 hours. I also
now have a large pile of dirt to do something with.
They both have a favorite floaty, so naturally they argue about who gets it. Yep,
typical brothers.
